- The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and other incidentals necessary to install a new roofing system for the Tuba City Headquarters Building No. 407 located in Tuba City, Arizona, on the Navajo Indian Reservation. Construction includes= removal of existing roof, installation of gutter, insulations, and installation of new single ply TPO membrane system. This procurement is= a total set-aside for HUBZone small business concerns. The estimated pric= e range is $100,000 ? $250,000. Bid Bond is required. Contractor is requ= ired to perform 15% of the work. Issue date on/or about August 4, 2003 and = the bid opening date is September 2, 2003, 2:00 p.m. local time. Intereste= d bidders are requested to submit a written request either by mail or by facsimile (505-863-8382); telephone request will not be accepted. Technical inquiries must be submitted within 10 calendar days before th= e bid opening date. Due to excessive reproduction costs, the solicitatio= n package is limited to the first 40 requests only.
