Description

Project consists of the construction of an approximately 1800 square foot addition to an existing fish hatchery warm water culture building. The work includes, but is not limited to, demolition of existing asphalt and block retaining wall, site work, concrete work, carpentry, roofing, cedar siding, brick wainscoting, doors and windows, trench drains, and all associated piping and electrical work. The estimated magnitude of this requirement in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. This procurement is issued unrestricted under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, Public Law 100-656, and is NOT set-aside exclusively for small business concerns. For information purposes, the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 236210, Prefabricated Industrial Building Erection, with a size standard of $28.5 million. Solicitation packages will be available free of charge approximately 08/14/2003 with bid opening occurring on or about 09/16/2003.
