- This solicitation is for (4) each portable, power distribution centers, VTI Model BCK-44P179S2122 and (4) each 400 AMP power distribution panels, VTI Model PDC-E400-3480-4. RFP N00102-03-R-0877 is issued with a closing date of 08 August 2003 at 3:30 pm local closing time. Reference Special Note #22. This is a sole source procurement. Negotiations will be conducted with VTI, Inc. (Val-Tech), 24 McMillan Way, Newark, DE 19713-9086.
