- Description
- Subject to final approval, the Bureau Of The Public Debt intends to acquire on a sole-source basis through Leased Housing Developers Company (Lessor) an upgrade to the Andover Controls Building Management Monitoring System. This monitors the operation of environmental equipment in the Data Center (HVAC, UPS, Generator, and Electrical Power). In accordance with the Lease, the Lessor shall furnish to the Government as part of the rental consideration, all utilities, services, maintenance, operation, alterations, and considerations as set forth in the Lease. The Andover upgrade must be completed by the Lessor so as not to nullify the Lessors requirements to maintain the premises in accordance with the terms of the Lease. A request for documentation will not be considered as an affirmative response. If a written response to this notice has not been received by August 13, 2003, a sole-source award will be made. Telephonic inquires will not be accepted. Interested offerors may register at http://www.fedbizopps.gov to receive notification when the solicitation and any amendments are issued and available for downloading. Please note that the General Services Administration provides the notification service as a convenience and does not guarantee that notifications will be received by all persons on the mailing list. Therefore, we recommend that you monitor the FedBizOpps site for all information relevant to desired acquisitions.
