- Description
- The term of this contract is one year (base year period of September 1, 2003 through August 31, 2004) and 3 option year periods September 1, 2004 through August 31, 2005, September 1, 2005 through August 31, 2006 and September 1, 2006 through August 31, 2007. These specifications cover the production of engineering drawings and fold-ins requiring such operations as copy pickup, laminating, folding, gathering into sets, binding, packing and delivery. Approximately 116 print orders (216) items will be placed during this contract. Sizes will range from approximately 8-1/2 x 11" to 146 x 36". Approximately 1 to 2,000 originals per item with approximately 1 to 500 sets/copies per item. Government to furnish: Camera copy, original bluelines to produce duplicate copies. Printed face only. Aperture cards. Reduce and enlarge as indicated on print order. CD-ROM of zip disk. Output fron CALS files of Autocad files (Intergraph Microstation Plotted Files). Pickup from and and delivery to various locations in Louisville KY, Arnold AFB TN, Fort Campbell KY, Fort Knox KY, Nashville TN, Memphis TN and Huntington WV. Production time 5 hours to 4 workdays.
