Description

THE CONTRACTOR WILL PROVIDE ALL MATERIAL, LABOR, SERVICES, EQUIPMENT, LICENSES, AND OTHER ITEMS REQUIRED FOR WORK TO BE PERFORMED AT A USPS OWNED FACILITY. THE SCOPE OF WORK SHALL INCLUDE, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, THE FOLLOWING MAJOR ITEMS: REPLACEMENT OF PNEUMATIC HVAC CONTROL SYSTEM WITH DIGITAL SYSTEM, AS FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Contractor shall have completed a minimum of five (5) projects within the last five (5) years which are comparable in dollars and scope of work to this solicitation. The contractor shall provide a list of comparable projects with project location, contract award amount, date of award, scope of work, contract duration, contract number, references with telephone numbers of references. Estimated cost range: $1,200,000 - $1,400,000.00. Requests for solicitation package must first be faxed to Tech Repro. Package can be purchased in person at the office of Tech Repro Inc, 65 Zabriskie St , Hackensack, NJ 07601-4923, ATTN: Jackie Hand; Tel #201-489-1333 and must be accompanied by a company check, certified check or USPS Money Order in an amount to be determined and made payable to Tech Repro Inc. Packages can be mailed for an additional shipping & handling charge as specified by Tech Repro. Solicitation instructions & other contract documents will NOT be available till Monday, Aug. 11, 2003. Payments for solicitation packages are NON-REFUNDABLE. Sealed Offers are to be returned to USPS, NY Facilities Service Office, 2 Hudson Pl. - 5th Fl, Hoboken, NJ; ATTN: Ms Toni Smith and will be received prior to but not later than September 8, 2003 at 3:00 PM.
