- Description
- This is a notice of intent to award on a sole-source basis for the commercial items in accordance with FAR Part 12 procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only notice; a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Administrative Center Burlington, 70 Kimball Avenue, So. Burlington VT 05403, intends to contract with NLETS, Suite 160, 2930 E. Camelback Rd, Phoenix, AZ 05001, for access to the National Law Enforcement Telecommunications System, for the period of 10/01/2003 through 09/30/2004. This contract is for services which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with NLETS under the authority 41 U.S.C. 253 ( c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 unless additional sources are located. This notice is being solicited on a sole-source basis unless alternate sources are located.
