- Description
- This is a pre-solicitation notice of the intent to solicit 29 NSNs for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with one base year and four option year periods. Solicitation SP0750-03-R-2188 will be issued as small business set aside. The estimated issue date is approximately 07 August 2003 and the estimated closing date is approximately 08 September 2003. This solicitation will be issued with FOB destination and indefinite quantities will be delivered to various locations to provide both stock and surge coverage. The proposed IQC will contain an option clause to extend the contract period one or more times in yearly increments at the Government?s discretion. The total coverage of this contract will not exceed five (5) years. The estimated annual demand value for this solicitation is $81,119.33 with a total of $405,596.65, which includes the option years. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See note(s) 1. The solicitation will be available on its issue date of 07 August 2003. The Small Business size standard is 750 employees. Drawings/specifications will be available through the DIBBS or SRweb solicitation link in the synopsis on the solicitation issue date. Specifications, plans, or drawings are not available. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall no exceed 5 years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
