- Solicitation for NSN 4010-01-212-0278, YPG03115000702, Rope, Wire, 1,000 Feet per Reel, IAW Dwg Nr 13873 4010-A018-97220, Type Number Dwg P/N ?12. Wire Rope must be manufactured by a source on QPL 83420. This NSN has a Qualified Product Lists (QPL) requirements. Qualification must be in accordance with the cited specifications/standards. See Section L, provision 52.211-9G13 for ordering such data. Note: The source for this item must be certified and QPL approved at time of contract award. Proposed procurement is for a Firm Fixed Quantity Contract. Delivery is 136 days ARO. FOB is Origin. This is a FMS Requirement. The tentative destination is Port Newark, NJ with a final destination of Italy. The total quantity is 358 RL. . Inspection/Acceptance is Origin. QAP is 002. Unrestricted procurement. This is not considered a commercial item. This final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation will be made in writing and will issue on or about 8 August 2003.
