- 3110-01-407-3396, YPG03203000705, Cylindrical Roller Bearing. This is a ?source controlled?, flight safety critical and COQC item to Rolls Royce/Allison (63005), P/N: 23055591 Rev. E. The approved sources are MRC Bearings (38443) and Timken Aerospace (78118). This item is a NAVY critical safety item. See numbered notes 23 & 26. Unrestricted. ABVS applies. FOB Destination. Inspection/Acceptance at Origin with Quality Assurance Provision (QB02). The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Quantity: 1330 each. All 1330 pieces are to be delivered to New Cumberland, PA with a delivery of 280 DARO or best possible delivery. 100% option to increase quantity is included in the RFP. Solicitation issue date is August 6, 2003 with a closing date September 8, 2003.
