- PR No: LTC03196013220; This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a F-404 Turbine Engine Block, Rub, Standoff. Configuration Control applies. This solicitation is for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The solicitation has a base year and four option years. The NSN, Part Number, and Annual Estimated Quantities (AEQ) are as follows: 2840-01-139-7165; Basic I/A/W Drawing Nr 99207 4055T49 REV K, Basic dated 1997 Nov 11, Amend NR DTD 20; AEQ = 3,316 and Maximum AEQ = 6,632. Delivery: FOB Destination, 60 days ARO; Inspection/Acceptance is Origin. Technical Data Package Availability: An Export Control Technical Data Package (TDP) exists for this NSN. Technical data will only be released to contractors authorized/certified by Defense Logistics Service Center. Certified requestors should submit TDP requests to DSCR-VABA via Internet, mail, Fax or phone. Internet address is http://www.dscr.dla.mil/tdmd. Mailing address is Defense Supply Center Richmond-Attn: DSCR-VABA, Richmond, VA 23297-5615; Fax 804-279-4946; phone 804-279-3356. Please provide certification number with request. If certification is required, request a DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement from the Defense Logistics Services Center, DLSC-FBA, Federal Center, Battle Creek, MI 49017-3084. To request a copy of the TDP, a completed form P42. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue date is on or about August 15, 2003. The anticipated award date is October 1, 2003. Reference notes 1, 23 and 26.
