- Description
- Double-wide trailer includes demolition and removal of existing 12'x40' trailer. New trailer shall by 24'x60'; 8' ceiling; interior paneled walls, vinyl floors and T-grid suspended ceiling; window horizontal slide type; doors: 2 - 36"w exterior, metal with door locks and 4 - 36"w interior, hollow-core; exterior aluminum or vinyl siding; pitched metal roof with 18" overhang all sides; 8 wall-mounted window-type air conditioners with slide-out chasses; fluorescent ciling lights with T-8 electronic ballasts; 115/208 VAC single-phase; two 150 AMP circuit breaker panels; 24-hour electromechanical timers. All exposed interior and exterior wood shall be coated with one (1)primer coat and two (2) finish coats of premium-grade exterior latex paint. Jack stands shall be hot-dipped galvanized. Utilize existing stairs.
