- Pursuant with OMB Circular A-76 and the United States Department of Agriculture Express Review Guide, this Notice is to make public the Pacific Southwest Research Station's Facility and Grounds Maintenance Study tentative decision. The tentative decision has resulted in an In-house Performance determination. The Administrative Appeals Process will be conducted as outlined in the Revised Supplemental Handbook, Chapter 3, Paragraph K. Any questions may be directed, in writing, to the Contracting Officer, Susan Lam.
