- Description
- The USDA Forest Service, Apache-Sitgreaves National Forests, Springerville, Arizona, has a requirement for Certified Noxious Weed Free Straw for the Lakeside Ranger District, approximately 800 bales (800 lbs average weight per bale) which will be chopped once to facilitate spreading by Helicopter. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed-Price contract, delivery shall be F.O.B. Destination, to sites designated in the solicitation. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Small Business size standard is $5.0 Million under NAICS code 115310. The solicitation package, plans, and specifications will be made available on or after July 21, 2003, and will be posted at www.fedbizopps.gov. No Telephone requests for solicitation packages will be accepted. You may request printed copy of the solicitation package by Fax to: (928) 333-6362. The closing Date for responses to the RFQ R3-01-03-49 shall be July 31, 2003, 4:30 p.m. Arizona Time.
