- Description
- The Forest Service is in need of quick plot stand examinations (inventories of forest vegetation) in roaded and unroaded areas throughout the west side of the Santa Fe National Foest, in areas not previously inventoried. Work consists of locating and establishing plots, and observing and recording specific data for each plot. Compared to intensive stand exams, quick plot exams reduce the amount of information gathered and measurement accuracy standards, allowing for ocular estimations of most parameters. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, transportation, supervision, supplies (except those designated as Government-furnished), incidentals, and perform all work necessary to conduct quick plot stand examinations in compliance with terms, specifications, conditions, and provisions of the solicitation.
