- Description
- Project is a Request for Proposal for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity, requirements type contract. This will be a Performance Based Service Contract for a base period and three optional one-year periods. Proposals will be evaluated based upon: Experience; Past Performance; Quality Control Plan; Work Plan and Schedule and Safety Plan. Evaluation factors other than cost or price, when combined, are approximately equal to cost or price in the award decision. Work will include vegetation management of areas located on the Cold Springs District on the Ouachita National Forest in Arkansas. Solicitation includes pay items such as thinning, planting, wildlife stand improvement, release, site preparation and herbicide application. Solicitation will be available on this web site on or about August 5th, 2003. Telephone requests are discouraged.
