- Negotiations are being conducted with OptTek Systems to investigate theoretical, mathematical modeling and software development issues relevant to solving confidentiality protection and data quality problems in official statistics data and to develop and test software implementing research findings. OptTek is currently implementing the Dandekar-Cox synthetic tabular data methodology for another federal agency. This notice is for informational purposes only.
