- Description
- The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Service Administration,(SAMHSA), through the Program Support Center (PSC) intends to award a sole source simplified acquisition entitled ?National Survey of State Statutes Relating to the Issuance and Use of Vouchers for the Purchase of Alcohol and Drug Treatment.? to The Legal Action Center (LAC), 153 Waverly Place, New York, New York 10014. The Contractor shall provide an analysis of the statutes of each State and the District of Columbia that may permit or prohibit the introduction of Access to Recovery and its proposed system of vouchers. This research shall provide information, data and where necessary, analysis about the relevant State Statutes for all 50 States and the District of Columbia. Interested parties capable of providing this requirement may submit a capability statement specifically addressing not only their ability to meet the stated requirement, but their past experience and expertise. Interested persons may identify their interest by responding to the requirement within 10 days after the date of publication of this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed simplified acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No Solicitation is available.
