- Description
- The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) to award a sole source purchase order to Transtec Group, Incorporated to provide software enhancement and documentation revisions. Transtec is the original developer of Profile Viewer and Analyzer. This information is needed to document improved methods of constructing asphalt and concrete pavement on the National Highway System. Transtec is uniquely qualified to perform the modifications to the Profile View and Analyzer software, as they are the only known source of the computer source code required to perform the modifications. There is no other known source available. This is a Simplified Acquisition and the anticipated award date is on or about August 5, 2003.
