- The purpose of this amendment is to revise the due date for receipt of comments on the Draft Statement of Work issued on July 14, 2003 at www.FedBizOpps.gov. The due date is revised from COB July 31, 2003 to COB August 15, 2003. In addition, this amendment provides for a correction to a website address referenced in the Draft Statement of Work. The corrected website address for additional information on the SPS Traffic Pooled Fund Study, is http://www.tfhrc.gov/pavement/ltpp/spstraffic/index.htm.
