- Description
- Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to expand the existing Computer Room in Building 77 at the James H. Quillen VAMC, Mountain Home, TN 37684. Work involves general construction, alterations, mechanical and electrical work necessary removal of existing structures and construction and certain other items. Contract award is subject to availability of funds. Performance period is 180 calendar days after Notice to Proceed. Cost Range is between $250,000 and $500,000. The NAICS Code is 236220 and the size standard is $28.5 Million. This is 100% set aside for small business. Bid packages will be available on or about August 4, 2003. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held August 21, 2003 at 10:00 AM ET in the A&MMS Conference Room, Building 8, Room 310, James H. Quillen VAMC, Mountain Home, TN. All interested bidders are strongly urged to attend. Bid opening is September 5, 2003 at 3:30 PM ET in the A&MMS Conference Room, Building 8, Room 310, Mountain Home, TN.
