- (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation FQ487731740700 is being issued as a request for quotes. (iii) This solicitation incorporates clauses and provisions in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 01-14. (iv) This requirement is being synopsized as a small business set-aside under NAICS Code 334290, small business size standard of 750 employees. (v) Please quote to perform the service as listed: Provide all management, supervision, labor, parts, tools, lodging, material, and equipment necessary to purchase and install vehicle intercom system (David Clark Series 3800 Vehicle Intercom System) on ten fire department vehicles. Work should be done as follows: 1) Install a 5-position system: 2 each. 2) Install a 4-position system. 3) Install a 3-position system. 4) Install a 2-position system: 6 each. 5) Needed items are spare headset model #H3441: 3 each. 6) Spare headset model#H3442: 7 each. 7) Installation should be done on-site. (vi) N/A (vii) Place of performance: Building 4823, 4420 S. Phoenix St.: At Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ 85707. (viii) Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial applies to this acquisition. (ix) Provision 52-212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition; quote shall be evaluated on price. (x) Offerors are required to submit a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (http://www.arnet.gov/far/loadmainre.html) with their offer. (xi) Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition.
