- Firm-Fixed Price Contract (FFP) to provide 24 desktop computers for Beale AFB, CA. Only bids for items that are equal to the specifications referred to in the Solicitation will be accepted. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business concerns and is under NAICS 334113 with a size standard of 1000 employees. In addition, this solicitation will use competitive Request for Quotation procedures and will only be available by downloading from the EPS web site. Quotes are due no later than 3:00 pm (1500) 25 Jul 2002. FAX quotes, signed by the offeror, are acceptable and shall be submitted prior to the established time and faxed to (530-634-3311 ATTENTION: Colin Fain. Contractors must be registered in the Centralized Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to receive a contract award from any DOD activity.
