- Description
- The Air Armament Center (AAC), Eglin AFB, FL plans to award a Contemplated Firm-Fixed price contract, under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and 13. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 334513, with a Small Business Size Standard of 500. Please identify your business size in your response based upon this standard. The reference number is F3LGLX31921800, and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This requirement is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The requirement is for: 2-each TempCal Tester, PN: H394R, NSN 4920-01-468-9406. The equipment is specifically designed to test the thermal switches on C-130 anti-ice overheat detection system (215-230 degrees Fahrenheit), nacelle overheat (300-315 degrees Fahrenheit), and turbine overheat (700-715 degrees Fahrenheit); 2-each Heater Probe-Thermal Switch, PN: BH1250A; 2-each, Heater Probe-Fire Loop, PN: BH1278. The equipment are to be delivered FOB Destination at Eglin AFB, Florida, 180 days after award of contract. NOTE: Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made until funds are available to make payments under a contract. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, with no obligation to the offeror by the Government.
