- <h2><blink><font color="red">*UPDATE* - The Release Date for the Request For Proposal will be on or about 28 July 2003.</font></blink></h2> NOTICE OF CONTRACT ACTION (NOCA). This announcement serves as notice that on or about 14 July 2003, the Operational Contracting Division, ESC/PKOC, Hanscom AFB, MA 01731 will be requesting proposals for the Repair of the Cooling System in Bldg 100 at New Boston Air Force Station, NH. The scope of this project consists of furnishing all supervision, services, labor, materials, tools, transportation, travel, equipment, and performance of all operations required to Repair the Cooling System in accordance with the drawings and specifications. Note: All documents will be made available on the herbb on or about 14 Jul 03.
