- Presolicitation Notice Date Submitted: 18-JULY-2003 OC-ALC/LGKIB DIR CONTRACTING/COMMODITIES 3001 STAFF DR STE 1AC199A TINKER AIR FORCE BASE OK 73145-3028 66--REPAIR OF MACH AIRSPEED INDICATOR; SOL F34601-03-R-0446, for additional information contact Joe G. The contractor shall provide all labor, facilities, equipment and all material to accomplish the repair and/or modification, test, packing and packaging and return to the government in accordance with the work specifications contained in the contract, the line items of Air Force equipment listed below. A firm fixed price requirements type contract is contemplated for One Year, plus Four (4) One-year options for CLIN's 0001, 0002, and 0003. The items and estimated quantities are as follows: CLIN 0001: NSN: 6610-01-010-4516, P/N: WL111AMAJA-5, Noun: Mach Airspeed Indicator, Application: E-3 Aircraft. Estimated Quantities: Basic year - 15 each, Option I - 18 each, Option II - 15 each, Option III - 15 each, and Option IV - 17 each. CLIN 0002: Over and Above Work, as required. CLIN 0003: Data reporting, as required. This solicitation is to obtain requirements type repair contract with 100% contractor furnished material. The approximate issue/response date will be 01 Oct 2003 and will be effective until 7 Feb 2004. Deliveries are to be 4 ea 30 days after receipt of order and repairables and 4 ea per month thereafter. No telephone requests. Only written or faxed requests received directly from the requestor are acceptable. COMMAND NOTE E = NON-AVAILIBILITY OF GOVERNMENT DATA Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are incomplete or not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. LOCAL NOTE C = OMBUDSMAN Note: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential Offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
