- The notice below posted 7/14/2003 is hereby modified to delete the following statement: "This notice of intent is a request for competitive proposals. All proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government." and replaced with the following: "This notice of intent is non-competitive. All proposals received within 30 days after date of publication of th is synopsis will be considered by the government." .................................................................................................................. This is a notice of intent that WR-ALC anticipates issuing a small purchase contract for repair of 1 each, NSN 5960-01-116-8861EW, applicable to the ALQ-131. Contract will be for a fixed quantity. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source Teledyne Electronic Technologies Div Microwave Electronic Components, 11361 Sunrise Park Dr., Rancho Cordova, California 95742 under authority of FAR 6.302-1. The Government has no data or test equipment for repair of these items. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is a request for competitive proposals. All proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government.
