Description

McConnell AFB KS has a requirement to install an irrigation system. All Services will be performed at McConnell AFB, KS. The solicitation is a 100 percent Small Business Set-Aside with a size standard of $6 Million. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be utilized and award criteria will be based on price alone. The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 115112. The solicitation package will be available on or around 29 July 2003, via the Government Federal Business Opportunities Web Site at https://www.eps.gov/. It is the responsibility of each offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed. Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation/RFP closing date.
