- The contractor shall provide forty-nine (49) Brand Name or Equal PalmIR 250 Digital Thermal Imager (digital camera kit) with 75mm lens. An Or Equal does not have to meet all the specific requirements of the Raytheon Brand Name but must provide equal or greater performance. If submitting a quote for an or Equal, offerors must submit documentation with the quote showing the technical specifications necessary to determine whether the item is equal to the Brand Name specified.
