- NA Contract for base and 4 option years for: Nonpersonal Services for support of Anniston Army Depot Community Relations Plan for community outreach in Calhoun County, Alabama, related to environmental activities. Includes Resource Advisory Board and public meeting notices and planning. Exact requirements will be explained the solicitation. ---THIS PROCUREMENT IS RESTRICTED TO SMALL BUSINESS--- North American Industry Classification System Code is 541820; size standard is $6 million. This solicitation wil l be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.501, 5.102(a)(7) and 14.205-1(c); therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Proposals submitted must be in electronic format as stated in the solicitation. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may downlo ad it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the Internet: http://www.procnet.anad.army.mil (Doing Business with Us). Estimated issue date is 28 Jul 03. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any ame ndments thereto.
