This announcement constitutes the intent of Europe Regional Contracting Cell to award a contract to Digene Corporation on a sole source basis. Proposals are not being requested. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotations. The solicitation number DADA19-03-R-0028 is provided for identification purposes only. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requ irement. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
