Description

In accordance with FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation, the National Park Service intends to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) to furnish, install, program, and place into operations an Environmental Management System (EMS), including Direct Digital Temperature Controls (DDC) in Three Acadiana Centers - Base Bid 1) The Wetlands Acadiana Cultural Center at 314 St. Mary Street, Thibodaux. LA, 2) The Prairie Acadiana Cultural Center at 250 W. Park Avenue, Eunice, LA and Bid Additive - 3) The Acadiana Cultural Center at 501 Fisher Road, Lafayette, LA at the Jean Lafitte National Historical Park and Preserve, New Orleans, LA. This is a Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 421730; the Size Standard is $11.5 Million. Estimated Price Range is between $100,000 and $250,000. Tentative Issue Date for RFP package will be August 6, 2003. All interested vendor desiring to conduct business with Department of the Interior are required to register at the National Business Center website: http://ideasec.nbc.gov and the Central Contractor Registration System (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov. You must register at both websites. In order to register at these websites you must have a DUNs number. If you do not have this number, please contact Dun and Bradstreet at 1-800-333-0505 or at their website http://dnb.com. A Firm Fixed Price contract is anticipated with a performance period of 150 calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed. Anticipated award date is September 15, 2003.
