Description

This solicitation will be available at http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about August 4, 2003. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND TELEPHONE REQUESTS OR FAX REQUESTS FOR THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The National Park Service, San Francisco Maritime National Historical Park, has identified a requirement for maintenance and repair service for elevators and overhead crane at various locations within the San Francisco Maritime National Historical Park, Building E, Lower Fort Mason and the Sala Burton Maritime Museum Building, San Francisco, CA. This procurement is a 100% small business set aside. The NAICS code is 238290 and the small business size standard is $12.0 million. The Government anticipates award of a firm fixed price contract consisting of a Base Year and four Option Years to begin service on October 1, 2003. Responses will be due approximately 30 days after issuance of the Request for Quotation (RFQ) No. Q8520030055, which will be approximately 14 days after this announcement. Refer to the actual RFQ for actual dates. A MANDATORY SITE VISIT is schedule for Tuesday, August 19, 2003 at 10:00 A.M., at Lower Fort Mason, Bldg, E, Main Entrance.
