- The Naval Air Station Pensacola intends to negotiate under authority of FAR 6.302-1 with Jist Publishing Inc, Indianapolis, IN for 5000 copies of a book , ?Quick Guide to College Majors and Careers,? 2002 edition, ISBN: 1-56370-834-5. Shipping is to one location in Pensacola FL. Vendors believing they can provide such a product may submit a written response within 20 days of the publication date. No contract will be made on the basis of offers/proposals received in response to this notice. Written responses must include pricing and information sufficient to enable the government to determine if a solicitation will be issued. If a solicitation is issued no additional synopsis will be published. Award will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Numbered note 22 applies with 20 days vice 45 days response time.
