Pending further review and approval, a cost-plus-award-fee with award-options contract is currently being contemplated for the BOS contract (with the Government reserving the right to convert to a firm-fixed-price award-fee with award-options contract after the 2nd option period). The type of contract remains subject to change as the acquisition process proceeds.
