- Description
- THIS IS A SOLE-SOURCE ANNOUNCEMENT. The Government intends to issue a contract to Robert & Company, who designed the initial jet fuel truck receipt, fuel storage and refueler truck issue system, for design documents for advertisement and award, perform review of shop drawings and on-site inspection services during construction and prepare as-built drawings for offloading station using ?lessons learned? during construction of the initial system. Because of the A-E?s unique familiarity with the system, the government does not anticipate adequate competition; therefore a sole source award is anticipated. Any inquiries from firms that feel they would meet qualifications for this solicitation are invited to respond to Robin Rourk via rourkrb@efdsouth.navfac.navy.mil no later than 2:00pm (Eastern Daylight Time) on Wednesday, 27 August 2003. The anticipated value of this contract is $45,000.00.
