- Description
- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Coastal Systems Station intends to award a firm fixed price simplified acquisition on a sole source basis to L.L. Rowe, Inc. of Woburn, MA for three (3) each cables NSN 6150-01-271-1467 and five (5) each cables NSN 6150-01-271-0214 for eventual use on the Dry Deck Shelter. This acquisition is unsuitable for full and open competition since L.L. Rowe is the only known supplier of these NSN items and the only qualified source of supply for this special cables that must operate in an underwater environment. Delivery will be to the Coastal Systems Station, 6703 West Highway 98, Panama City, Fl 32407-7001. NAICS Code 334511 applies. SBA Size Standard is 750 employees. FSC is 6150.
