- Description
- This acquisition is for the manufacture of range-adjustable trajectory mounts for the M72A7 LAW Rocket, to be manufactured in accordance with Wilcox proprietary drawings. This requirement is being issued on a sole source basis to Wilcox Industries of Portsmouth, New Hampshire. The Government requires 7 first articles units, and all of the production units that can be purchased for a total price of $900,000. Award of a firm fixed-price contract is anticipated. Delivery of the first articles is due within 90 days of contract award. Delivery of subsequent quantities is 200 every three months after acceptance of first article units. The Government does not intend to issue a written solicitation for this procurement.
