- Description
- The Naval Research Laboratory intends to negotiate on an other than full and open competition basis with CI SYSTEMS INC., of West Lake Village of CA. for an In-Situ UV, Visual, and IR Measurement System (IUVIMAS). The system must interface with existent Army and Navy systems to mimic existing measurement capabilities in other labs. CI SYSTEMS INC.'s CVF technology is proprietary and allows for enhanced measurements as follows: 1. The ability to operate and measure in the range of 0.2 to 25 microns to rapidly and accurately in-situ scan and analyze spectral and radiometric data. 2. Be able to be portable, in this case, through use a single spectral radiometer, rapidly interchangeable pre-aligned detectors, and Circular Variable Filters (CVFs). The required delivery is 6 months.
