- DESC: SIC Code 7623 - Solicitation Number GS-07P-03-UTC-1011. Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to perform Mechanical Operations and Maintenance Services at Federal facilities in Marshall and Tyler, TX. These services will include operations, maintenance, and repair of all building systems to include: energy management system, digital fire alarm system, all electrical switchgears, and chiller/boiler plant and all associated equipment. The combined BOMA square footage is approximately 111,000 sq. ft. Contract Period: October 1, 2003, to August 31, 2004, with four additional one-year option periods. This is a commercial item acquisition, and will be acquired utilizing simplified source selection procedures. The estimated cost range is between $140,000 to $170,000. The solicitation issue date will be on or about July 31, 2003, with proposals due on or about August 21, 2003. A pre-proposal conference will be held on or about August 13, 2003, at the referenced facilities. Specifications will be available for downloading from the Internet at www.fedbizopps.gov. These documents will be in a PDF format and can be accessed using a WWW browser. It is the offeror?s responsibility to monitor this site for the release of the solicitation and amendments (if any). This solicitation is a 100% set aside for small business firms.
