- NAICS - 233320. General Services Administration (GSA) is soliciting for a Small Business Set-Aside, Multiple Award Indefinite delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Repair and Alteration Contracts. The Contractor must have the experience and workforce necessary to provide, General Construction Services with Design/Build capabilities for this procurement, including: Interior and exterior building construction, repairs, alterations and enhancements, but not limited to, electrical, carpentry, masonry, plumbing, mechanical, security, architectural, exterior restoration, waterproofing, cleaning, sealing and other repair/alterations, construction, demolition, design-build services as specified. This negotiated procurement will be accomplished by using source selection procedures, which will result in award of a firm fixed price contract to the Contractor (s) offering the best value to the Government. Technical ability is more important than price. Documents related to this procurement will not be available via the Internet. All document will issued through the Contracting Office and made available by hard copies only.
