- Description
- Yearly contract for short printing & copying for the FAA. Contract may be extended up to four additional years at the option of the government. Projection is for 8 orders per year with 4 to 300 pages each (most will be less than 96 pages) and 10 to 1,000 copies each (most will be for 450 or less). Size is 8-1/2 x 11" and printing is in black only. Paper is 20-lb white & colored bond with an occasional 50/65-lb white or colored vellum-finish cover. In most cases, binding will be one staple upper left corner but plastic comb binding or looseleaf shrink wrapped copies may also be required. Books may also be ordered drilled with 3 holes. Camera copy will be furnished by the government and no proofs are required. Pack for delivery in corrugated cartons. Pickup and deliver orders at the FAA located in Des Plaines, Illinois. Contractor must produce up to 75,000 impressions within 3 workdays and additional 25,000 impressions in 1 workday increments thereafter.
