- The National Science Foundation (NSF) intends to procure, on a sole-source basis, membership to the Working Council for Chief Information Officers from The Corporate Executive Board. The membership specializes in best-practices research and executive education to human resources executives at leading global corporations. The anticipated contract will have a period of performance of one year. This announcement is issued under the authority of FAR 6.302 and is for informational purposes only. Interested parties may submit a statement of their capabilities to perform this requirement. See Note 22, substitute 5 days for 45 days.
