- Description
- This is a notice of intent to sole source with New Mexico Tech, Socorro, NM, an educational institution, for their expertise and in-depth knowledge of the Davis Gun. The contract will provide for support services to include the following: 1) Provide all firing hardware and fiducial signals. 2) Support intergration of Davis Gun fiducial signals into a coordinated instrumentation recording system. 3) Provide transportation of the Davis Gun to and from the test site. Interested firms have ten (10) days from the publication of this synopsis to identify their capabilities in writing. This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposal. Qualifications and capabilities will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. Responses received after the fifteen- (15) days or without the required information will be considered nonresponsive to the synopsis. A determination by the Government to not compete this proposed effort on a competitive basis is solely within the discretion of the Government. Fax responses to fax number (505) 846-4246.
