Description

The Health Resources and Services Administration is contemplating issuance of a Blanket Purchase Agreement pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12 and 13. The purpose of this contract is to acquire the services of accounting firms capable of providing Pre-Award Financial Evaluations and Audit Analysis. The period of performance for this procurement is 12 months, with two one-year options. Due to the urgent need of the services, it is anticipated that the effective date of award will be on or about August 11, 2003. If you meet the requirements stated in this solicitation, you are invited to submit a proposal for the above referenced solicitation. The Contracting Officer must receive one (1) original and three (3) copies of your proposals on August 4, 2003 at no later than 4:00 p.m. local prevailing time. Your proposal must provide a contact name and number, your company name and complete address, including street, city, county, state, zip code, e-mail address, Tax Identification Number (TIN) or Social Security Number, and Dun & Bradstreet Number (DUNS).
