Description

THIS PROJECT WILL BE POSTED FOR VIEWING AND PRINTING ON THE FBO WEBSITE ON APPROXIMATELY 5/27/03. The project consists of removing culverts, decommissioning existing roadways, constructing earthen barriers, placing rock barriers, and planting willow starts. The project is located southeast of Idaho City, Idaho. From Boise, take State Highway 21 to Mile Post 56 and turn right on Forest Road 384 (Little Owl Creek Road). Continue on the Road 384 for 6.1 miles, turn left on to Forest Road 348 (Crooked River Road). Travel up Road 348 for 10.5 miles, turn left onto the 372 road. The northern part of the project begins 500 feet up this road at the culvert crossing of Bear Creek. Estimated start date is 6/30/03 with 120 calendar days for completion. Estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. NAICS code: 237310. Size Standard: $28.5 Million. This proposed procurement is under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, which is not a small business set aside.
