- 28- TURBINE NOZLE SEGMENT, SOLICITATION NUMBER F34601-03-R-0338 OC-ALC/PKXDA TINKER AFB OK 73145-3015, For additional information contact Kevin Walker/LPKBB/[405] 734-8780 Item 0001 NSN: 2840-01-205-1318NZ P/N: 4059681, Three year requirement with range qty 3413/6826/10239 EA, with 2nd year BEQ of 5,769 EA and 3rd BEQ of 5,459 EA, will be solicited. Size/Dimensions: 5 inches X 4 inches X 2 inches. Form/Fit/Function: directs air flow to 1st Stage Blades. Predominant Material: PWA 1480 Nickel Base Alloy. Applicable to: F100PW220 Engine. Destn: Tinker Air Force Base Ok 73145-3032. Delivery: 31 JUL 2004. The approximate solicitation issue date will be 25 Apr 03. The anticipated award date will be 30 Jun 2003. Written procedure will be used for this solicitation. To: Pratt & Whitney. No telephone requests. Only written or faxed requests received directly from the requestor are acceptable. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Complete MCL data to manufacture this item is not available. This part requires manufacturing and processing acceptance data that is separate form the blueprint and not owned by the Government. To ensure part integrity, this item can only be procured from Pratt & Whitney. MCL data is not available and are not economically obtainable. AWARD WILL NOT BE WITHHELD AWAITING QUALIFICATION.
