- SPAWARSYSCEN Charleston intends to negotiate a sole-source contract with Advanced Integrated Recorders (AIR), Inc., Moorestown, NJ for the procurement of spare parts to be used as part of an On Board Repair Parts Kit for the AN/USH-46 (V) and AN/MSH-2(V) Digital Audio/Data Recorder (DADR) systems. Spare parts consist of the following: (1) Time Code Generator (TCG): Manually entered time continually outputs an IRIG-E and IRIG-B signal simultaneously to the legacy time code indicators and to the VIDS, respectively. Output port also provides data interface to the AIR-2000 digital recorder for synchronization of the time code generator to the AIR, Inc. software. TCG is rack mountable in 19inch rack with power supplied via a DC port connected to the system UPS. (2) Slow FSK CCA PCI (RS-422 w/BNC conn) with proprietary AIR, Inc. software license Slow FSK card is a modified RS-422 CCA which allows the recording and playback of the Navy legacy FSK radar data signal. The CCA is modified from a DB-80 connector to multiple BNC connectors to allow disabling of synchronization signal and clock speed settings. (3) Synch Serial RS-422: Standard hardware providing four channels of RS-422 data with EIA-530 cabling and pinout. Card must be provided with original vendor drivers and software license as well as license for use with AIR, Inc. software. A firm-fixed price contract is planned. The applicable NAICS Code is 334511 and the size standard is 750 employees. This is NOT a request for proposals.
