- Air Force Research Laboratory, Human Effectiveness Directorate (AFRL/HESS) solicits research proposals for the Human Performance in Modeling and Simulation program. The purpose of the program is to generally improve the operational realism of the synthetic battlespace and to reduce the cost of conducting such simulations. The primary emphasis of the research is to achieve better representation of human behaviors in synthetic battlespace simulations.
