- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. The purchase request number is F2388031910100, and is being issued as a Brand Name Request for Quotation. This requirement is expected to be a sole source. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses as those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-05. This procurement is a Brand Name Total Set-Aside for Small Business in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) is 81131, Commercial and industrial machinery repair and maintenance services other computer related services, the size standard of which is $6,000,000.00 (Not to exceed). REQUIREMENTS: 3 ea., SYBASE Spatial Query Server Maintenance and 100 ea., SYBASE Query Seat Maintenance DESCRIPTION: Require annual maintenance for existing SYBASE Spatial Query Server (SQS) Licenses. SQS provides accurate and fast retrieval of MIDB data from spatial search routines such as circle, polygon, rectangle, route, and ellipse searches. In a effort to align all office software maintenance agreement expiration dates, this maintenance agreement will cover the period of date of award until 10 May 2004. Approximately 10 Months. Also your quote must list your DUNS number, CAGE code, Federal TIN. If the requirement is under a Federal Supply Schedule, please attach the contract number.
